Power measures access to Phil's agent capabilities. It separates agent computation from transaction value, making the cost of using Philetral visible before an action begins.
Pricing is simple: $1 buys 100 Power, and every prompt you send costs 1 Power. Every Power purchase is allocated to buying back and burning Philetral ($PHIL) on Robinhood Chain.
What can use Power?
- Sending an agent request
- Running market or portfolio analysis
- Calling supported tools
- Accessing paid x402 resources
- Preparing complex transaction plans
- Running approved automated missions
How Power works
- 1The user submits a request.
- 2Phil estimates the resources required.
- 3Philetral displays the estimated Power cost.
- 4The user continues, changes the request, or cancels.
- 5The final usage appears in the activity record.

Power is not gas. Network gas is paid separately in ETH on Robinhood Chain.
