Settlement on a public network gives verifiability, not immunity. These are the assumptions a user is making when executing through Philetral.

Assumptions

• The wallet is the only authorization authority for asset movement.
• Chain ID and destination contract are checked before each signature.
• Transactions are final once settled and cannot be reversed by Philetral.

Residual risks

• Smart-contract vulnerabilities in third-party protocols
• Oracle or data-source failure
• Network congestion, reorgs, or downtime
• Front-running and unfavourable execution ordering
• Phishing interfaces impersonating Philetral
