How it works

   A user tops up Power at $1 for 100 Power.

   Allocate

   The proceeds are routed to the buyback treasury.

   Buy back

   $PHIL is purchased on Robinhood Chain at market price.

   Burn

   The purchased tokens are sent to a burn address and removed from supply.

Why it matters

• Supply only moves in one direction as usage grows: down.
